Pizzabar

At our pizzabar, the pizza made according to Roman recipes takes center stage. Our Italian pizzaiolos, led by chef and owner Leonardo, passionately prepare the dough daily. By allowing the yeast to work for an extended period—specifically, a maturation process of at least 48 hours—our pizza dough develops its distinctive flavor and thin, crispy crust. Our pizzas are exclusively topped with the finest Italian cheeses, meats, and vegetables. For the base of our pizzas, we always use Fior di Latte mozzarella, which we receive fresh from Italy every week, and we exclusively use San Marzano D.O.P. tomatoes from the Naples area for our pizza sauce.

A selection from our range of pizzas includes the ‘coppa e burrata’ with tomato sauce, Fior di latte, coppa di parma, arugula, burrata, and semi-sundried tomatoes, or the ‘calzone classico’: the folded pizza with tomato sauce, Fior di latte, smoked cheese, ham, artichoke, mushrooms, and Taggiasca olives. Before the pizzas, there is plenty to choose from as well, such as various high-quality antipasti or sharing one of our traditional taglieres, wooden boards filled with Italian delicacies. To finish, there is coffee, digestivi, and an extensive dessert menu, with our homemade tiramisu and sgroppino being must-tries. Check out our full menu below.

From 4:00 PM, our ovens are fired up to start making the first pizzas, and from that time, you are warmly welcomed in our restaurant. It is also possible to take away our pizzas, antipasti, and other Italian products for home, at work, or on the go. To place a takeaway order, visit our ordering website.

Reserving a table is possible via the Formitable module on the website. Choose a table in either the wine bar or our pizzabar. For reservations for groups of 12 or more, please contact us through our request form.

On Friday and Saturday evenings, we currently operate with two shifts in our pizzabar. If your reservation starts before 6:30 PM, it is possible that we will need to prepare the table for another group later in the evening. If you want to ensure a longer dining experience, we recommend reserving from 7:30 PM onwards.

Also good to know: all our pizzas are available gluten-free, and we offer several options for our vegetarian and vegan guests.
